ABOUT THE Project
Clicks Campus is an end-to-end campus hiring platform connecting colleges, students, and corporates through structured training, robust assessments, and assured placement access. With 15+ years of excellence, 500+ corporate partners, and 17,000+ students onboarded, it operates pan-India across Tier-1 to emerging campuses — online and offline.
The Challenge
Campus hiring in India is fragmented — colleges lack placement infrastructure, students from smaller cities have no access to quality training or corporate exposure, and companies struggle to reach diverse talent beyond metro campuses. A single platform needed to serve three very different users: institutions, students, and corporate recruiters — each with distinct needs and workflows, all on native mobile.
Our Approach
We built native Android and iOS apps as the primary surface for students — giving them access to live classes, recorded content, mock tests, and placement drives from their phones. The Node.js backend with MongoDB handles everything from assessment logic to drive coordination. Zoom SDK powers live training sessions, HLS streaming delivers recorded content smoothly on any connection, and Socket.io keeps notifications and status updates real-time across all users.
The Solution
